Had a top turbo pipe on my Ranger changed under warranty last December by Challenger Ford. I later discovered that they'd actually changed it with an old and split pipe which they had probably found kicking around the workshop floor. I therefore just had it replaced again today at Challenger and upon checking what has been done, it quite clearly now a brand new pipe. Why did they previously replace the pipe last December with another old and used pipe? I would assume that they charged Ford for the replacement of a new pipe last December? Did the workshop technician take that old pipe from his own vehicle and stick it on mine whilst he then had the new pipe? Its just unbelievable that I have had to go back to Challenger Ford in order to get this pipe changed because they previously swapped it with an old pipe from elsewhere.

OK picked a Ford Escape 2 weeks ago upon getting the SUV I found the person showing me the SUV did not go through all the safety features did not advise about the service I still do not how to use adaptive cruise and other stuff the tyre pressures were all over the place should of been checked my camera is still not working was told need to up date on the phone this not true so I have this camera which is not working I just felt rushed no walk around the SUV here is the here is that etc not done. I just found the experience not one to be enjoyed the sale man has not called to see how the SUV is going if there are any problems what has happened to customer service the pop up screen I did say they I may not use it but I still need to know how it works Mike the DP has been great but this is not his job
